Welcome
In 2005, I joined the College of Biological Sciences, China Agricultural University and founded a protein bioinformatics research team (i.e, zzdlab). Here I would like to share with you my daily lab life, academic achievements, publication records, and tools/algorithms/databases developed in my team. My main research interests are related to protein bioinformatics, which heavily uses the laws of physico-chemistry, statistical/machine learning methods as well as complex network theory to do the prediction and analysis of proteins, including protein structures, protein functions, protein-ligand and protein-protein interactions. Meanwhile, I am also interested in integrating bioinformatics methods and state-of-the-art molecular modeling techniques to support diverse projects related to AgroBiotechnology. My main research fields are as follows:
Protein Bioinformatics
Computational Systems Biology
